Returns & Exchanges
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for UK orders, or within 30 days of delivery for international orders, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for return.
- Our support team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions along with the return address.
- Package the item securely and send it using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
If your item arrives defective or incorrect, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost. For exchanges due to a change of mind, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
International Returns
Customers outside the UK have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return, following the same eligibility and process outlined above. Return shipping costs for international orders are the customer’s responsibility, except where the item arrived defective or incorrect.

- Items returned without prior authorisation
